Welcome to the University of Exeter, Penryn Campus, UniCard application portal.

For information on applying for a Unicard at our Exeter Campuses please visit UniCard, Exeter Students.

Please have the following to hand before embarking on this process:

• Your Exeter Student Number, this is a nine-digit number that is listed at the top of previous email communications from the University of Exeter.
  Please note, this is separate to your UCAS number.
• A recent digital photo.

Your photo should be:

• In colour.
• A recent resemblance of you on your own.
• A head and shoulders shot with you looking at the camera.
• A good quality photo, e.g not a photo of a photo.
• A selfie is fine, you can smile - it's not a passport photo.
• Free of "Snapchat" style filters.
• In one of the following formats:
• JPEG
• PNG
• No more than 2MB.
• No smaller than 200x250 pixels in size.
• You are not required to remove religious headwear for UniCard photo use.

NOTE - You will be able to rotate and crop your photo during the upload process.

If your photo is deemed unsuitable, you will receive an email asking you to upload your photo again.

Continuing Students

If you are a current student continuing on to a new Postgraduate course you will need to apply for a new UniCard, OR if you would like to update the photograph on your UniCard, please send a photograph adhering to the above guidelines to penryn-studentcards@exeter.ac.uk, with the title "UniCard Photo".

Collecting your Unicard

You can collect your Unicard from when you arrive in Cornwall - please visit https://www.exeter.ac.uk/newstudents/whenyouarrive/ for information on latest opening times and collection arrangements.
